Mathilde Godard from the Free University in Amsterdam is visiting the department during August 31-September 4, 2015. Mathilde recently received her PhD at CREST and University Paris-Dauphine and her primary research interest lies in the field of Health Economics. She is here to work with Oskar Nordström Skans and Mattias Engdahl on an IFAU-project concerning the long run effects on health, family and careers of graduating during a deep recession.

Julien Grenet is Associate Professor at Paris School of Economics. His research spans both labor and public economics, with a particular focus on economics of education. Julien will be visiting UCLS between April 20-May 1, 2015.  

Damon Clark, University of California at Irvine will visit the department and UCLS during February 11-13, 2015
His main research interest is in the economics of education, but his research interests also spans over labor economics, public economics and applied econometrics.

Krzysiek Karbownik, Institute for Policy Research Northwestern University will visit UCLS during June 16-20, 2014. He is an applied microeconomist working primarily in the fields of health, education and labour. In his research he use modern microeconometric techniques and large-scale data sets.  

Illoong Kwon, Seoul National University will visit UCLS during August 1 - February 28, 2014. His recent research interests include theoretical and empirical analyses of personnel policy, entrepreneurs, and innovation

David Cesarini, NYU visited  UCLS during January 17 - January 21, 2013. David is an empirically oriented economist with interests in applied microeconomics, as well as behavioral and experimental economics.

Researcher Javier Vázquez Grenno, IEB will visit UCLS during January 16 - May 30, 2012. His resaerch interests include Eonomics of migration, Labor economics, Pensions and Applied econometrics

Professor John Ham, University of Maryland visited UCLS and IFAU during May 20 - may 29 and June 13- 16, 2011. John'sresearch is in the general area of applied microeconomics, and specifically in labor economics, public economics, health economics, and experimental economics.

Assistant Professor Anders Böhlmark, SOFI, Stockholm University, visited Uppsala University during April 2010. His research interests include Economics of Education, International Migration and Labor Economics.

Professor Erik Plug, University of Amsterdam, visited Uppsala University during May through October 2010. His research interests include family, education and labor economics.
